Rental Terms aviator and Policies
At EventEquip, we strive to provide a seamless rental experience. To ensure clarity and ease of cooperation, we've established four key rules. Our Booking and Reservation Policy helps secure the equipment you need on time, the aviator game while our Delivery and Setup Process ensures everything is installed efficiently. Clients are responsible for proper care under our Damage, Loss, and Cleaning Responsibility guidelines. Lastly, our Cancellation and Refund Policy offers flexibility if plans change. These rules ensure a smooth partnership and the success of your event.
  • Booking predictor aviator and Reservation Policy
    To ensure that the necessary equipment is available for your event, we recommend making reservations as early as possible. Clients are encouraged to book at least two weeks in advance for larger events and at least one week for smaller functions. During peak seasons or holidays, we advise booking even earlier to secure your desired items. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of the booking to hold your reservation. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event. Should you need to modify your reservation, changes can be made up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery, subject to availability.
  • Delivery aviator predictor and Setup Process
    EventEquip provides full delivery and setup services to ensure that all rented equipment is properly installed and ready for use at your event. Delivery and setup fees will be calculated based on the event location, size of the order, and required setup time. Our team will coordinate with you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery window, typically 24-48 hours prior to the event. We ask that a representative be present during delivery to verify that all items are received in good condition. After the event, our team will promptly return for dismantling and equipment collection. Any delays caused by the client or venue during pickup or setup may incur additional fees.
  • Damage, Loss, aviator game and Cleaning Responsibility
    All rented equipment is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and maintained before delivery to ensure it is in excellent condition. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is properly used and maintained during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or excessive wear and tear on the items will be charged to the client at replacement or repair cost. We ask that all tableware and serving equipment be returned clean or rinsed; a cleaning fee may apply if items are returned in unsatisfactory condition. In the event of missing items, the client must notify EventEquip immediately to avoid replacement fees.
  • Cancellation game aviator and Refund Policy
    We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Clients may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the event for a full refund, minus the 30% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund but may receive a credit toward future rentals. If weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances require rescheduling, we will work with you to find an alternative date or make necessary adjustments. EventEquip reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to equipment unavailability or logistical challenges, but we will provide notice as early as possible and offer suitable replacements or a full refund.
